We are looking for a tech savvy, entry-level office assistant with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The perfect candidate for this position is eager and willing to learn and has a desire to grow in the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accounting ledgers
  • Weekly report of accounts payable and receivables
  • Enter invoices and send to client liaisons for approval
  • Provide miscellaneous data entry and proofreading assignments
  • Work as a team to investigate and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices
  • Prepare invoices for entry matching with time slips

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Must be proficient and have experience using software similar to Quickbooks and Excel
  • Must possess critical thinking skills
  • Effective team player and likes to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Able to adapt to changing business priorities and timeliness
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Must be dependable, reliable, punctual, and possess a professional attitude
