Delta is a tool powered by HCM Unlocked, a global Human Capital Management (HCM) Managed Service Organization (MSO) that provides support to clients in the areas of payroll processing, HR administration,benefit administration, recruiting, data analytics, and technology consulting.

The Delta software aims to help HCM Unlocked with anything their clients need to "run a delta" for, meaning a data migration and transformation process done with files that are different between the source and destination. With time, other resources were added to the platform in order to help with additional processes.

The SilverLogic created a user-friendly software simplifying complex flows with a huge variety of features such as master mapping, field mapping files, uploading templates, connecting mappings and reports, setting up projects, and running different types of deltas.
