The SilverLogic overhauled The Passport Department's customer-facing website with a modern design, strong performance, including SEO and mobile responsiveness as a focus, not an afterthought.
We worked closely with The Passport Department team to analyze their existing business functions, customer journey, and processes that were accomplished using their current website. We made improvements to workflows to improve clarity and reduce the number of steps taken by the customer to perform an action in order to increase conversions. We then created a modern website design that included SEO best practices, mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and multiple language support from the start. During the launch of the new website, all customers and SEO content was seamlessly transitioned to avoid negatively impacting customers or search engine rankings.
